Psychiatric Treatment

Three patients in a mental institution prepare for an examination given by the head psychiatrist. If the patients pass the exam, they will be free to leave the hospital. However, if they fail, the institution will detain them for five years. There are 2 security guards are waiting outside.

The psychiatrist asks the first man "Do you catch fish in the toilet?" The man said yes and got 5 years.

The psychiatrist asked the second man and the man replied "Of course!" He was given 5 years.

The psychiatrist asked the third man, who said "No sir" and was promptly released.

Outside he told the security guards "Does he think I'm such an idiot that I'd tell him my best fishing spot?"
